This stroller is extremely durable, fully enclosed wind/rain/mosquito cover. Front wheels lock or swivel. You can use this stroller as a double or you can add the attachment to the top for a quad. All 4 seats recline separately pretty far back. This stroller is water proof, amazing in the rain, not one drop gets inside to the little ones. It blocks super well from the wind and also bugs. If you have 4 little ones and can never go any where by yourself because they are running off in different directions.this is DEFINITELY the stroller for you!
